IN PERSON TRAINING

Our in-person training sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive and personalized fitness experience. Each session lasts for one hour and begins with a customized warm-up routine tailored to your body’s posture and imbalances. This warm-up not only prepares your muscles for the workout ahead but also includes core training to enhance stability and strength.

Following the warm-up, we transition into the strength training portion of the session. Together, we will perform 4-6 strength training exercises specifically chosen based on what works best for your posture and body type. I emphasize ensuring that the strength training is at an appropriate, safe, and challenging level. This approach is crucial for promoting long-term progress while minimizing the risk of injury. 

With a focus on safety and effectiveness, my goal is to help you achieve sustainable results and maintain a consistent workout routine.

ONLINE TRAINING

Our online training services are designed to provide personalized support tailored to your unique needs. Through weekly phone call consultations, I take the time to understand your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle habits. This allows me to create customized training programs that align with your experience and preferences. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, I consider various factors, including your dietary preferences and daily routines, to develop a plan that is both effective and sustainable. I also implement weekly nutrition and workout plan adjustments based on your progress. Clients are encouraged to send weekly photos, which help me track your development and make necessary modifications. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness objectives while ensuring that your program fits seamlessly into your daily life.
